Confessions of a Bag Snob: Fall Handbags on a Budget

Yesterday, I confessed that I am officially a handbag snob.  As much as I enjoy those seasons of life in which I feel comfortable making a glorious handbag splurge, right now I'm looking for an everyday brown bag, on a budget. (For the purpose of this post, I'm going to define "budget" as under $250.)  Although I haven't made my purchase yet, I have scoured the Internet looking for the best options out there.  These aren't necessarily the cheapest bags on the market, but I carefully chose the ones that I feel like I would actually carry. And since most of my blog readers have hinted that they prefer a stylish bag on a budget to an over-the-top splurge, I chose twice as many in this category!

1. Linea Pelle Addison Hobo, $212 / 2. Cole Haan 'Heritage Weave- Avery' Hobo, $198 / 3. Tommy Hilfiger Signature Pockets Pebble Hobo, $91 / 4. Halogen 2-Tone Leather Tote, $198 / 5. Steve Madden Faux Leather BTaylor Convertible Satchel, $62 / 6. Jessica Simpson Collection Blair Hobo, $88 / 7. Lauren by Ralph Lauren Silverstone Soft Hobo, $208 (SOLD OUT, Also sold here for $268) / 8. Brahmin 'Anytime' Tote, $225 / 9. Stuart Weitzman Collection Urban Madrid Large Hobo, $180 / 10. Hobo International Adela, $196 / 11. Dooney & Bourke Cork Pocket Satchel, $228 / 12. Tusk Orissa Satchel, $130 / 13. MICHAEL Michael Kors Crosby Medium Shoulder Bag, $222 / 14. Fossil Re-Issue Satchel, $188 / 15. Halogen Chain Tote, $168 / 16. Double Zip Bowling Bag, $79 / 17. Olivia Harris Trapezoid Convertible Satchel, $169 / 18. Paul & Joe Sister Classic Top Handel Satchel, $149

(Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, the Gilt Groupe options (17 & 18) are already sold out! If you would like to become a member of Gilt Groupe and access amazing designer deals everyday, click on my link.  I get $25 credit when you make your first purchase, and you get $25 credit when each friend you invite makes a purchase! It's a win-win situation! Not to mention Gilt is just my favorite place to shop ever.)

Which option do you think I should choose?

Also, P.S. If you have any handbag-related questions, pertaining to styles, designer recommendations, etc., ask away, and I'd be more than happy to answer! This is one area of expertise where I definitely know my stuff!
