Entering A New Season

Well it is officially fall here on the East Coast!  This is one aspect of being here that I've been really looking forward to.  Whenever I get a day off from work, Brandon and I really try to take advantage of the beautiful downtown area that we live in.  We take a lot of walks around the neighborhood, taking time to admire the fall foliage and everyone's amazing fall decorations!

I definitely can't compete with some of our neighbors, (they really go all out,) but I've enjoyed adding a couple of fall touches to our little home!

While I was at work the other day, Brandon surprised me by swinging by Whole Foods and picking up a couple of little pumpkins to sit in our window! I was going to buy some fall leaves to add to our windowsill display, but because I'm cheap, I decided to use real leaves from outside our house instead!  Unfortunately, they turn brown quickly, but I'm enjoying them while I can!

And finally, we got this lovely new wreath from Pottery Barn, (for only $29.00!) And we used a gift card! Awesome!

Happy Fall! :)
